I have the moda sensors from tech-edge on my 2000 exec. For 20 years they have worked well. I am now replacing them because the sensors on the outside of the tank are pealing off.

I would say that’s a good life span. The best part is it’s costing me a about 30$ to fix all 3 sensors.

Watched some videos on you tube about this problem. Gotta love you tube. The sensors I have are not serviceable. They are glued into the tank. New sensors are available on amazon fairly cheep. The only drawback is to install them you need to drill new holes to mount them. Due to the location it will be nearly impossible. Guess I'll just have to get use to it, but DW wont be happy.

How would you check them. I have no info on them. I can see one tank from one of the storage compartments no idea which one it is and what looks like sensors with single wires. Can't see how they could be removed.
Any one with info would be greatly appreciated.
Do yourself a huge favor and invest in the See Level system. If you follow install instructions you will no longer have tank level reading issues. I installed the system 10 years ago, have had no problems and wish I had done it to the two previous coaches. Took my time installing and even added a secondary readout in my wet bay so I could watch levels while doing complete re-flushing without having to go inside every 5 minutes of so to see what the level was.
