Test drive at NIRVC....

We bought a used Dutch Star last summer from NIRVC (Lewisville) and several years ago a travel trailer from them also. The experience and process in both cases have been wonderful. Our original salesperson has retired and for the DS worked with 2 salespeople and would recommend each of them.

We didn’t test drive a MH until we had settled in on a unit and we were ready to buy. I’ll be honest the test drive did little for me because it was so different from pulling a trailer. It was a bit overwhelming and all I did was pay attention to not hitting something.

The delivery process was great, they got everything ready and parked it in their “RV Park” they have setup for delivery and repair units. We received a very detailed delivery and spent 2 nights there with each day our PDI person coming by and checking on us and answering questions.

We also looked a PPL but for me the attention and service is why we bought from NIRVC.

For us the test drive was at the top of the priority list. The DW had lots of anxiety about driving a much bigger coach and I had told her that we would not upgrade if she was not comfortable driving the much bigger DP. So it really didn't matter which floor plan she test drove, it just needed to be a 40ft DP.
