Thank you
Full wall slide outs create a great open floor plan compared to two separate slide outs. Cannot imagine not having a coach without one.

I have an Entegra Vision with a whole wall slide out and it has problems moving out due to the installation and the weight. It's great when it's out, due to the room it creates. I can't get the dealership to fix it yet.

Had one

We had a 26ft slide in a Thor Omni. In 15 months neither the dealer or outside shop could get it to function correctly. It was a Schwintek, fwiw.

Nailed it. Tiffin loves Schwintek for some reason as does (or did) Winnebago. Having a Schwintek slide system on any size slide was a showstopper for us when we were looking. It did not matter how much we liked the floorplan.

We were parked near an older DP last winter and I saw it had Schwintek on the full wall slide. The owner asked me what I was looking at. I said "Is that really a Schwintek system on the full wall slide?"

He sighed and started in with all of the failures they had. He had never heard of the Vroom replacement and said he was going to look into it.

If the OP will say what year and exact model they are looking at, if they have it narrowed down, that will help people offer useful opinions. It could use an electric slide mechanism, a hydraulic slide mechanism, or something else.

Detail matter on issues like this.
