More info would be helpful

Brand/Model of:
Thermostat, Furnace, A/C Unit

ER Code is typically a 'communications' issue (temp sensing loss)
Turn thermostat OFF
Unplug the 'phone cable' from backside of thermostat or from the control module for A/C Unit (roof mount...should be inside the return air area)
Wait 30 sec...plug back in...reset thermostat and try it

Still throwing ER Code.....replace the temp sensing unit

I'm kind of thinking that Winnebago used a thermostat for the 2015 Suncruiser that looks like the one attached below that is a Coleman Mach RVP Airxcel 9330 (33). Does that look like the one you have?

I've also attached the condensed operation guide for it if it is the one you have. The troubleshooting section says that the "Er" code signifies "1) Current temperature may be outside display range of thermostat, or 2) External room sensor circuit may be disrupted. Contact service technician"

So the procedure that Mr. Biscuit suggested might be an excellent one to try.

Put the thermostat on the "off" position. Remove the cover from the thermostat and remove the fuse. Wait 2 minutes, re-install the fuse and wait another 30 seconds before turning your A/C on. No guarantee this will fix this particular problem but it does fix many others - and you have nothing to lose!

Cutting power for a few seconds fixed mine.
