Test show that standard batteries lose potency quicker the colder they get, concrete on a shop floor without seeing the sun can stay cold even if the air temp is desirable. My boat batteries hold a better charge on the boat in the winter than bringing them in and forgetting them on the floor, but I do live in Ga. Try it for yourselves, batteries companies could care less.

Ok great advise here is the story
They both have 5/18 dates on them I don't have receipt my fault
They were on wood
I used a regular charger maybe they are to low to charge on that
I will try the 2 amp trickle charger then go through all the other great ideas

They don't need to be on wood.

We have returned failed batteries to Costco for full replacement within 12 months. Costco tracks all purchases by member number, no receipt needed.
