Thor engine preheat switch

Can anyone confirm where the engine preheat switch is on a 2014 thor tuscany? We owned the coach for 4 weeks and our campground forecast is 32 degrees tomorrow. Thor is closed on the weekend so unavailable to help. There is a switch in our rear bath we suspect may be an auxiliary switch to activate the preheat, but not for sure. Can't find anything that looks like a preheat switch in the motor area. Our aqua hot system on this coach doesn't have a preheat switch on the panel. Hoping someone can help.

I have a Palazzo 36.1 and the engine crankcase heater switch is in the rear bathroom. It has a dim red light that is visible when the switch is on.

You shouldn't need engine heat until temps are in the mid 20's

of course any diesel engine will start easier with the engine heater on below 40.

My manual says to use preheat if 40 or below.
