I changed my original posting on quality of Thor Palazzo to this: My real question now is on information from anyone on using or outfitting their unit with SOLAR? Have you set up your motorhome and if so, do you like the system you chose?

Ours came with solar which is used only for the batteries. It does seem to help keep them charged when we boondock. How much? I really don't know since we've always had the solar. I run the genny in the mornings just to top them off, but I usually don't have to leave the genny on very long. We use the DISH and TV off the inverter including lights and run the furnace in the mornings. Sorry I can't help you more....

I don't think that putting solar on a Palazzo would be much different than on any other MH add on. Since there are relatively few Palazzos you may get more response by changing the thread title or starting a new one titled Solar Panel installation.
