Aside from RVTrader are there any other sites for RVs for sale? We are limited with dealers in our area and prefer a 2016.

Many places, but you will have to travel to view the units. Ebay, Camper's World, Craig's list, etc. all offer RV listings from all over.

Same problem in Panama City, FL as far as selection, and the local dealers where not willing to deal. We went to Huntsville, AL to get ours. It is 6 hours north of us, but we got what I feel was a great deal, 38% off.

I just looked at both the Ace and Sunstar and Vista. Same chassis, similar prices, but the Winnebagos were much better built. The dealer I was at has a leftover 2015 Sunstar 27 that is heavily discounted. If I were in the market I would have considered buying it, especially if it were a 26 as I don't like the floor plan of the 27

Thor vs...

Well today we finally purchased our motor home after months of research and trying to decide between the Winnebago and Thor. This morning we travelled over an hour to the only Winnebago dealer near us. I was communicating with a sales rep for days and made the appointment to sign on the dotted line. We get there and we're told that our rep was sick but the manager would be taking care of us, we meet him and it all went down hill. He was an absolute jerk, appeared to be bothered by us instead of assisting us with the sale. Sent us out to the lot meanwhile he stayed behind in his office. We walked in and walked out he by far was the worst sales person we have ever encountered. After that god awful experience we headed to the thor dealer who was absolutely wonderful and gave him our business. Our thor ace 30.3 is on order expected in May.

Enjoy it! Your coach will have a few problems, they all do. I can tell you this, Thor will take care of you while it is under warranty. They are a good company and they want you to be happy with your coach. You may want to purchase an extended warranty, things can be expensive to fix after the first year. The chassis and drivetrain you will have 3 years.
My year will be up the end of May and I have been shaking things out. I now have 9500 miles so far and will have over 12000 by my year end. Though I am not too worried I have six more years that cost me less than what I paid years ago to repair my Onan generator on my old Winnebago Vectra. I am very pleased with Thor Motor Coach.

Congratulations on your purchase. I am sure you will be pleased with your new MH. Wave as you drive by or come into the campground. We will recognize you by the big smiles.
