Maybe someone here has help for me. I have a 2013 Thor ACE that the awning over the slide out fell off at the rear connection at 5700 miles in our 10th month of ownership. It trashed the side and roof of the coach creating well over $10K of damage. Thor has denied the claim on four separate occasions. The coach has been at the dealership for about 4 months now. there is a hole in the roof and no awning over slide out. I even sent a letter to the CEO 17 days ago and cannot even get a courtesy call about my warranty claim. Does anyone have any experience about with resolving theses type of issues. I am meeting the attorney in the am. He indicates here in Texas is this is not resolved in 60 more days, our only option is to take Thor to court. Anyone else struggling with this? or have suggestions?
