Thumbs up Thoughts on this 36G DP Winnie?

Hi all,

Wife and I just closed on 9 acres that we will be developing mostly ourselves in Northern NC, just south of Danville, VA. We plan on RVing up there for a few nights every other weekend to clear the lot, etc. This will be a long-term project and by no means are we in a rush. Found a 2000 Winnie 36G DP for $32K. 480hr on genset, and 118K on the ODO. IT is IMMACULATE in my opinion and the maintenance records are flawless. Anyway, here is a short walk through I did yesterday, and would like some opinions as to if it is a good deal or not. Probably going to get it regardless, but this is our first RV, so we may be here asking lots of questions :-)

P.S. ignore the voice over, it was 99 degrees in there (NC heat sucks).

Thanks in Advance!

only in the last year has it been stored outside. The roof (To my virgin eyes) looks fantastic. We just had some CRAZY rains here and not a single sign of a roof, vent, or skylight leak. Other than that, how does it look for the age? I think it has been meticulously maintained. But I am new to this....
