You should probably post this in the Tiffin area of this website.
Are the slides not extending or do you have no power to outlets in the slide?

The fuses for the hydraulic motor for slides should be located in the compartment under the driver's seat. You also need to make sure your ignition switch is in the right position and the emergency brake is on.

The circuit breakers for the power to the outlets are wherever the main circuit breaker panel is located. However, if it is power to the outlets, look at the GFI outlets to see if either one of those is tripped.

If you continue to have problems, I suggest you go to the Tiffin RV Network site, register, and re-ask your question. Most likely someone with a Breeze will respond.
