Tiffin 2017 34 PA Front Drivers Side Slideout Issue

My hydraulic drivers side, front slide out doesn't extend properly. It retracts fine, but won't extend unless I keep the switch pressed for 10-15 seconds. It has an HWH system for the jacks and front slideouts. The rear slideouts are electric and work fine. The jacks and front passenger side slideout work fine. The oil level in the hydraulic reservoir is fine. No leaks.

So, the problem with the driver's side front hydraulic slideout is it retracts fine, but when I want to extend it, I press the switch, I can hear the pump run, but the slideout won't move. If I hold the switch down for 10-15 seconds, it will then extend. My hunch is the issue is a stuck solenoid. Welcome any feedback on ideas if my theory is correct.

Just wondering if anything might be impeding the forward travel of that side of the slide? Would probably be worth a look before getting into the hydraulic system.

2009 Allegro Bus drivers side slides will not operate. 20 Amp fuse in rear passenger compartment labeled slide fuse test good. Any suggestions?
