An Allegro Bus or other Tiffin model? And is that the powered curtain or the manual pull type? Does it move at all, or totally inoperative?

Our 2014 Allegro Bus has AutoMotion Shades. Verify you have power to the motor. If you do, then probably the motor is bad. Automotionshades.com has a list of retailers that carry their product.

If you don't have power at the shade, then check for power coming into then out of the dash switch.
