Looking to upgrade our 2 slide 01 Journey 36DL, good condition, to about a 3 to 8 year old coach. Must haves include separate clothes washer and dryer, No more than 38 feet, 4 slides, large opening windows on BOTH sides of bedroom, mid ship TV. Tiffin seems to have more of what we want but are open to other brands. Questions: Is Allegro Bus or Phaeton top of the line? I have heard of real tile floors with electric heating elements embedded. Which coaches have that? Does Tiffin offer it? Is it an option on which models or is it standard on which models? How common is it? Zephyr is the top of the line, followed by the Bus, then the Phaeton.

Things like electrically heated floors were added in 2014, standard on the Bus (I believe) and optional on the Phaeton. Aqua hot is standard on the bus, optional on the Phaeton for 2015. The list goes on.

I suggest you visit the Tiffin website (tiffinmotorhomes.com) where you can get past brochures for earlier years. They will give you an idea of what was available for the model year you are interested in.

You might also look at Entegra and Newmar. They all have what you're looking for. We wanted a true 40' coach that measured 40' or just under. Most brands that have a 40' are 40'10", 41'2" etc. Newmar has a 36'.
