Tiffin is a 5 star manufacturer
I wanted to let all possible purchasers of class A coaches that if you haven’t considered Tiffin, make sure you do. We are recent purchasers of a new Tiffin Allegro 31SA. Because we live in a somewhat remote area, our relations with the factory were a key purchase decision point although I hoped I would not be using it.
Well, there were a number of after delivery issues. I wrote Tiffin about our concerns and issues. We got immediate response from the factory. Without going into all the details, let’s say they handled everything. Everyone at Red Bay was helpful, courteous and prompt in solving our problems.
Tiffin is definitely customer centered. They realize the best marketing for their products is a satisfied customer. Count me in. Great Job by all at Red Bay!
