DW can't get the floor to not streak. She gets it clean but it keeps streaking no matter what is tried.

Floors can streak if they are either not getting clean to start with, or the rinse water is dirty or loaded with particulates.

Your wife must be like mine, the Shivey tile shows all water streaks and drives her nuts! She went to cleaning it with one of those steamers and distilled water and no more streaks.

I had a loft apt with sealed dark stained concrete floors. No matter what it streaked. Finally went to a neutral Ph balanced cleaner that worked. Also vinegar does about the same thing. Just pour about 1/2 cup into a gallon of water and wring your mop well so there is minimal water. I only know this because my wife lets me mop the floor.
