I currently am selling a [Mod Edit] Ford Freedom Elite. [Mod Edit] My question is what is the best way to accomplish this sale? [Mod Edit]

Look at RV Trader.com

This will help you in establishing a reasonable "sale price" which makes it more likely to sell; than the inflated prices some are asking, as they are "under water" (owe more than its worth).

You may contact the lienholder, and ask how they want to handle the "pay-off" and release of the lien for the title! (Very important)

The RV market overall has slowed, so it may take longer to sell it, so be patient!

Good Luck!

When I'm looking at anything for sale, the quality of pictures is paramount. And lots of them. Take professional pictures, or get someone that can. Beds made, no clutter on countertops or floors.
Unless I'm looking for a 'project', I won't linger too long if the pictures aren't enticing.

Be prepared for lots of scammers. Unless they come and see it in person and are willing to pay cash or a verified wire transfer, don't move forward with a buyer.

You can advertise on facebook marketplace, craigslist, RV Trader, and other places. Give it a deep cleaning. Make sure it doesn't have any odors/smells as those are a big turn-off to buyers. Fix anything that is easy/cheap to fix (...if a buyer sees lots of little things that are broken they will assume the RV is junk).

Lots of pictures. Add some videos also showing the generator running, an exterior walk-through, an interior walk-through.

Good luck!
Chris

Like windsorbill said, lots and lots of pictures and no clutter. Get your personal stuff out of it and make it look as much as possible as it did when it rolled out of the factory - clean and empty. I'd sell the toad separately. You're really limiting the number of buyers when you combine them. We recently sold a class B and only got one scammer - it was the old "please buy one of these non-carfax reports" scam. Set up a fake phone number using google voice and only use that for texts and calls with prospective buyers (and scammers). That way you can just drop the number after the sale and not deal with spam calls. RVtrader worked for us. Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace are filled with scammers.
