You can also use an 11R22.5 as a sub for the 295/80R22.5. Very close in size and load capacity. You can also use a 10RR22.5 if you can tolerate a slight reduction in load capacity, which is usually fine on a motorhome tag or drive axle.

Even on a tag, I'd want the two tires to be the same diameter. I'd make those two tires the same once I had time to do some shopping.

After numerous phone calls I drove slowly, 2 miles down the road to a truck repair shop. They made numerous calls in an attempt to get the Michelin tire 295 80 22.5 I needed to no avail. He tracked down a other brand but the size was 295 75 22.5. With no other option calling other shops for over 1.5 hours he assured me that would not be a problem to use the 75.
My question is how confident should I be in this substitution???
Thanks and really hoping we make it the remaining 500 miles OK
I wouldn't put them together.Click image for larger version

I would do as Mr. D suggests, different tires on the front may affect steering, but will not be a detriment to tires.
