Tire Minder TPMS customer service

Yesterday (Sunday) i went to storage to check on everything for an up comming trip in 10 days to find out my Tire Minder TPMS (tire pressure monitoring sys) TM-77 would not power on. I tried every concievable way to charge with no results. I sent them an email later that evening hoping that maybe they are monitoring on a Sunday. Today Monday at 9am i called them and Todd had already replied to my email that i didnt see yet. He asked when we were leaving and then said he would send out a new unit today with a return mail label to return the failed one. Purchased as an up grade to my old Minder on 9/16 so still within the year warranty.

Every call to them over the years has always been helpfull. I consider them one of the few companies with outstanding customer service.
