I have to chuckle at the people who "chase" their tire pressures. Some make it more work than is needed. Set them at the minimum plus 5-10% required for the load they are carrying at the average temperature for the area you travel in. That's what I do and I might have to add some air twice a year. I travel from 500' to 11,000' elevation and temps from 35 degrees to 100 degrees. Tire pressure doesn't have to be complicated. If it were, truckers would spend much of their time adjusting 18 wheels on every trip.
Even the sun shining on one side of vehicle for any time will increase the tire pressure over the side in the shade. Set them all the same while cold and enjoy the drive.

At 5000 ft above sea level, air pressure only drops about 2.4 psi (all other things being equal), which should show as an increase in pressure on a tire gauge. Gauges are referenced to atmosphere, so dropping atmospheric pressure results in a higher gauge reading.
Not that I'd worry about it, of course.

Hi, I'm just sitting out the virus emergency with not much to do except (hopefully) planning our Late May trip to Yellowstone. I Was reading some reviews of portable air compressors and started thinking about Hot/Cold and high altitude tire pressures. I run 95lbs in the front and 85lbs rear cold. I plan on checking in the morning, and when I get fuel. How do I compensate for temp and altitude when checking at the service centers that have much better air source than I?
