Tire Pressure Gauge
Can someone recommend a GOOD RELIABLE tire pressure gauge that goes up to 150 lbs or so?

The answer is yes, but I feel like 'how accurate do you need to be.' If you have a Tire Pressure Monitoring System, that's the operant pressure, so make this readout right. I went on a trip, aired up the tires the afternoon before. It was 70 degrees outside; I got the pressures right at 105/95 on the TPMS. The next morning before I hit the road, it was 40 degrees. Guess what my tire pressure was? It wasn't 105/95 anymore, I can tell you that. Did I add air? No, why would I do that? It was just gonna heat up to an ambient 70 again and the tires were gonna be alot hotter.

Milton makes a great tire gauge and not to expensive. Search for a truck tire gauge with a double chuck

I prefer analog gauges. I have both the old fashioned Milton truck tire gauge and one that looks like a pressure gauge attached to a short hose. I prefer the pressure gauge type because it's easier to read. I often check them against each other. The one I have is made by Slime. I've tried a couple digital gauges without success. I'm sure they are out there. I just haven't found one that's reliable and affordable.

Accugauge from Amazon and lots of other places. I have three and they all read exactly the same. Digital, around $10-15 and I have had mine more than five years with no problems. I hate to say it, but my two Milton gauges read different than those, and when I called Milton, they said since they now manufacture in China, they cannot monitor the quality.

Tire Pressure Gauge
Prefer a digital read gauge, reads in .5lbs. and is backlit.

Have American manufacturers just given up?

It has been my experience that the round gages with a hose are the most accurate and the more they cost the more accurate they are. If you want 1/4 pound increments get one like NASCAR uses.
The slide gauges tend to change as their in service do to wear and dirt.

A good dual chuck air gauge is needed. However, I use an AccuTire as my master gauge. Every couple of months check the truck tire gauge you use constantly against the digital unit for accuracy. Amazing how many gauges are "off" a few pounds or more.

I have been using this one for 3 or 4 years now. It seems to always be accurate when measured against ones at tire shops.

I have three of these sub $20 digital gauges. One for each vehicle. I have checked each one of them against the two and they all read the same. Does that mean they are all good or all junk?

Here's what I use, I bought it at Camping World and sells on Amazon for around $22. Seems to be accurate.
