I have a 32 ft Fleetwood Terra LX with Michelin XRV 245/70/19.5 tires that are two years old. Currently the motorhome is parked in storage. Today when I checked on it the left front tire was flat. I suspect I may not have had the tire pressure sender on the valve stem tight enough. The bead wasn't broken so the tire pumped right up. The tire was fine last week so it didn't sit this way long and never moved. Should I be a concerned regarding the side wall or are these tires rugged enough to handle this?

I agree with C92, but I'd also like to suggest you might have a square tire for 25-50 miles...
