I generally sanitize once a year-- not a big deal to do it.... might do some good, probably does no harm

True, not a big deal to do it.

CL2 is very corrosive though....just make sure that it goes down the drain and doesn't get on the outside components of your water heater by draining it while a strong mixture is still present. Just saying.

Bought a 2007 MH this year. Water was pretty foul from the tank and also park hookups. Likely had never been cleaned before.

Sanitized the tank and lines and there is a significant difference in the taste of the water. I have no problems drinking from my tanks now which is nice not having to tote around drinking water since we sit on 80 gallons of it already.

It's not hard to do and in my opinion worth doing
