Toilet flap

Toilet flap on my 2019 Winnie would not open, when stepping on the pedal to flush. I pried the flap open, and drained the tank. Now, flap is stuck open...Any ideas on a quick easy fix?? Thanks...

From your description I believe you're talking about the Black Water Tank Gate Valve that drains the tank .

Does your valve open with a handle near the drain or does it have a cable with remote handle ?

If it has the handle near the drain , then the stainless steel shaft attached to the handle should be extended and visible . I would spray the shaft with WD40 and spray into the drain pipe at the gate valve . Get a flexible long handled toilet brush and clean out the drain pipe around the gate valve while spraying the brush head with the WD40. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes to let the WD40 soak in. Then take a rubber mallet or block of wood and hammer and gently tap the end of the handle pushing the handle in to the closed position .

It's critical to be gentle while tapping the handle .

If you're able to get the valve closed , go ahead and cycle it open and closed several times to free it .

I use a "Head Lube" monthly . It keeps the toilet ball valve and drain gate valve lubricated .

If you mean the flap to flush the toilet, put on a rubber glove and smear Vaseline over the area. If that works just wipe off all the excessive Vaseline.

Tow different scenarios. First one black tank dump valve steel shaft has came loose from the blade valve, second one commode ball valve has came loose from foot pedal.

Now please explain which is your problem.
