Toilet Hand Sprayer sprays water while flushing

The toilet hand sprayer started spraying water when flushing the toilet this morning. How can this be corrected? I pressed the handle several times seeing if it was stuck, still sprays. Luckily I have a 2nd bathroom if I can't get it corrected today. Thanks

There has to be a problem with the valve in the handle. I don't believe there is any way to get it apart. Perhaps a piece of debris got stuck in it or the valve fell out of place. I think that on most of them they will come apart where the hose fastens to the handle and perhaps a new handle from any hardware store could replace it.

I was able to remove the "press down button" on the sprayer. Once I removed it the problem was solved. I guess it is not releasing the little plunger when attached. I will order a new assembly. Thanks

And that^^^^^ is why they are installed downstream of the toilet water valve.
If installed upstream it would have leaked anytime water source was on and flooded your RV

ANY kitchen sprayer can be used to replace
Nothing 'special' required
