Toilet Seat Riser

DW recently had spinal fusion surgery. Planning on leaving for our annual summer trip to the mountains at the end of the month, if we get the surgeon's OK. I know the Sealand toilet will be a problem for her so looking into toilet seat risers with arms on both sides. I'm sure this same dilemma has occurred with a lot of RV'rs so I would appreciate input from those that have faced the same situation. I'm looking at a Driver Premium Seat Riser but am open to all suggestions.

Thanks in advance,
WM

There's this thing but I don't like the way it interferes with ones feet.

Amazon.com: Drive Medical Stand Alone Toilet Safety Rail, White: Health & Personal Care

Bought a couple of these for my mother's apartment, helps her a lot. Doesn't raise the seat, but with this your DW may not need the seat raised. No installation issues, doesn't interfere with others using the toilet. Fairly easy to take apart with screwdriver and pliers, but I wouldn't call it portable. I narrowed the width on one by cutting a section out of the crossbars and sleeving over with a slightly larger conduit.

Many pharmacies carry them. Also check out local medical supplies stores.
