Tone when lights are on?

When I cut my headlights on I hear a tone and my right blinker indicator on the dash glows a steady green. It will blink when engaging the turn signal. All of the lights work normally. My local rv shop replace the bulb in my right side amid ships blinker light and said I needed a new assembly and ordered one from Newmar. The noise started when the rv shop replaced the bulb. Any ideas? Thanking all in advance!

If the RV shop discovered a problem with the assembly, and ordered a new lamp then the problem is probably corroded socket or wiring connections.
The light is on because the power from the park light is cross feeding into the signal lights and the tone would be the aux signal warning buzzer being fed reverse power. Should all be corrected with the new lamp.

May well be a ground problem.
