Be sure the "anti-billow" lock is not locked! The spring in the anti-billow lock was weak in one of my slide toppers and the lock was locked when I tried to put the slide out. It bent the support arm on the slide topper! I just had to bend the leaf spring with needle-nose pliers to solve the problem. Hope yours is that simple!

Topper Awning does not roll out
I just had to bend the leaf spring with needle-nose pliers to solve the problem. Hope yours is that simple!
Is the slide awning preventing the slide from moving ????
