Topside FAN covers recommendations

2017 Tiffin Phaeton. We are going to Tiffin in Redbay in June for a few repairs. I’d like to get my fans covered while in that area. So my question..
What type of fan covers do some of you have that allows the fan lids to be raised? (Maxxair 2?)
Who in the Red Bay area will do three fan cover installs?
I’ve asked on TRVN and only one response so asking here.
Thanks in advance and safe travels.

I got 2 of the Maxxair vent covers from CW 5 years ago and they work great. I have rain sensors and it only took me about 1 to 2hrs and an EZ install.

Mine are Black

Max Airr. Best money ever spent...If you have a drill they are very easy to install, just follow the enclosed instructions...

I’m old-school and still use silicone seal on my RV’s. I glue the max air covers on using plenty of silicone seal with enough so that when you push down on the vent cover, some of the silicone comes up through the holes and I spread it out to create a secure fastening. At approximately 12 years the covers started cracking and I cut the old ones off with a sharp knife and glued new ones on in much less time (5 minutes) and less silicon because of the flat surface. I just put covers on my new ride in approximately 10 minutes each but do not open the lid for 24 hours until the silicone has time to dry...No I didn’t learn that the hard way. Save the mounting brackets, they make good mounts for solar panels.
