Tow questions

I’m going to need to have the MH towed. O3 Dutch Star DP. Has IFS, so front wheels need to raised and drive shaft disconnected. How does the tow rig pump air into the suspension, I assume there’s a fitting somewhere and what about the process as a whole. Is it simply plug in inflate to 115psi and that’s it?

On our '02 DSDP the air connection was on the firewall on the drivers side. Open the hood and it should be to the right of center.
Tow driver can either remove one axle side and put a cover plate on (preferred) or remove the driveshaft. Be sure they mark the driveshaft so it can be put back correctly.

Tow questions

There should be a fitting under front hood. Ours was on right side of generator. Tow truck should connect to that. When we were towed the tow truck did not have the correct fitting. Luckily I had a line already setup so they used it.

If you use an experienced towing service, they will have the correct equipment and know how to hook it and tow it safely. When we were towed, they pulled the driveshaft, plugged into my air system, picked up the front and off we went. I rode in the wrecker 40 miles to Toledo, OH. He backed it into the service center and reinstalled the driveshaft.
