Toyo M171 "Super Regional"Commercial/RV tires

So.............. there was a lot of talk over on the Alpine Forum about new tires and I had to go see my tire guy today about an auto matter here in town. I think I'll go ahead and change out the Triangle tires that the PO had installed about 4 years ago..... they've been good but I'd rather go with front line tires as I need to pull the rears to install new shocks anyhow (I know, I know lots of rationalizing here )

Alpine Coaches came from the factory and the suspension was tuned for Toyo tires and they get good reviews anyhow so........ I'm either going to have 6 new Toyo M177s or he is also suggesting the new M171 (my choice) for $2,850 OTD with the Bag Balance method... both are the 16 ply and have almost the same weight ratings.... any thoughts on the difference(s).

Our Coach is only 29,800 total weight so no issues there and I've had it weighed (4 wheel) and these tires easily meet the requirements.I can't seem to find much about these new (introduced in 2020) tires, although they seem to be designed for "Super Regional" commercial truck and RV applications

Thanks, everyone!!

Google Toyo tires and find there site. When I was shopping for my Tires they have a good description of their different tire offerings. If that does not get it done then I would call them. You will get a better info.

So I decided to go with the 177's which are being installed as I type this note. We're heading out Tuesday for a ~1200 mile trip so really looking forward to giving them a run.

Cheers!

We are leaving ABQ in a couple of hours and will be back in Lake Havasu tomorrow afternoon.

I got them from a local guy in Havasu who took good care of me
