Toyo tires

Does anyone have any experience with Toyo tires? I have a 2014 Allegro Bus 45 LP, and I’m considering them when I replace the Michelin tires.

They were OEM on our coach and every replacement has been with Toyo. We always wait until we are in Oregon (no sales tax) to replace (7-8 years) and use Les Schwab dealer in Sutherlin, Oregon. Always get them with 3 months or less since manufacture. After they are installed, we then use to saved tax money to get a few bottles of Oregon wine.

I just replaced my six year old cracked Michelins with M144 Toyo's. $2530 savings on eight tires. The ride is a little better, the handling is great, the tread is 30% deeper, and the speed rating is 81 mph vs 75 for the Michelins. Although I still drive under 65 mph, what's not to like about Toyo's.

We had the Toyo 154’s on our Windsor and loved them.
When I replace the Goodyear’s that came on the Alpine it will be with Toyo also

We are happy with our Toyo M144's and with Toyo. After replacing our 6 with Toyo's last year I noticed a front end wobble right at 40 mph. I mentioned the wobble to my guy at our local Freightliner shop where I had purchased the tires. When I picked it up the two fronts had been replaced, mounted and balanced gratis. Kevin said the tires may have been egg-shaped and Toyo comped him the replacements. Wobble resolved. So I'm obviously a happy camper!

Toyo tires

Three years on our Toyo M177’s and we are happy campers.

We also bought them in OR from Les Schwab. Even without tax, it cost more than we had been quoted in CA. Installation at both LS stores was incompetent. At one they dropped the bus off the jacks and at the other they sent out a kid who did car tires, had never seen a 22.5 or the tools used on them and left scratches in the rim and trim.

I replaced Michelins with Toyo M144 (295-80R22.5) in 2016. I could not be happier with them.

Should have done it in Sutherlin. They have HUGE covered area for logging trucks and motor homes. Never have to use our jacks, they have the correct equipment and staf.
