TPMS Sensors without Valve Stem Extensions
My coach has the 22.5 wheels with the Dicor simulators. I want to add a TPMS system this winter. Currently, I have a valve extension on the inner duals. If I remove the extensions the TPMS sensor will be positioned between the two tires. I don't think the sensor will contact the outer wheel. Has anyone run a TPMS system without extensions?

I guess I don't understand your problem. My rear duals have valve stem extensions on both inner and outer tire. I have TPMS sensors on both extensions.

My extensions are near the simulator hole. Therefore, I need to go loner or remove to fit the sensor. I am thinking shorter may be the better alternative.

I do. No issues and mine are TST 507 flow thru's.

We have 22.5" wheels on our 2013 Adventurer. We do not use any valve stem extensions for the TPMS senders. The only drawback is I have to get on my back and slip my hand between the wheels to install the sensors.
I decided not to install extenders mainly because the ones on our 2001 Adventurer showed signs of wear where they passed through the outer wheels. At some point I may rethink the situation, but for now I'll continue to crawl under and install them in the spring and remove them when the motorhome goes into storage.

no problem - my Allegro was the same way. Just add an extension (straight or angled) to the existing valve stem to give you enough room to install the TPMS. I just needed to use a short angled extension that I got at Camping World. Some coaches use a flexible extension that feeds from the inner tire thru a thick rubber boot inserted in one of the outer rim holes.

Any problems adding air and reaching it with the air chuck? I am thinking not extenders is less places to develop a leak.

I am using Tire SafeGuard brand. I only have one year of use on them, but so far they are functioning as advertised. I went with this brand because they don't require a range extender to be able to read the sensors. Some of the units come with a range extender (repeater) that is installed towards the rear of the coach to make sure they can pick up the sensors from the rear wheels of the MH and the toad if you are towing one.

I have been going between the TST 507 and the EEZ RV Products system.

We had sensors on dials on our 99 Bounder without extended valve stems on inner tire. Worked ok and pretty much theft proof. On out CC we do have extenders and they work well too
