Question TPMS - Where's the Valve Stem?

I own a 2022 Fleetwood Discovery LXE with two rear wheels on each side. I want to install a TPMS but don't see the valve stems for the inner wheels. I know this is a dumb question for most of you, but any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Look at your front wheels. They are oriented just like the inner rear wheels. The valve stem is in the same relative spot.

On the dual rear wheels, the valve stem for the inner wheel points to the outside of the coach. The outside wheel points to the inside. You will need to remove the wheel simulators to access valve stems for both wheels. Your simulators have many small holes in their styling. The actual steel wheels have fewer, larger holes. Access is much easier with simulators off. Often, simulators are retained by 2-3 of the chrome nuts that look like lugnuts. Look closely at the nuts and you should see which are real and which are fake.

Some folks choose to install flex lines on their valve stems to bring them out the simulators for airing up tires. Your TPMS senders would thread onto the flex lines in that case.

Freightliner has quit putting valve stem extensions on the inside wheels. Get a flashlight and look in through the outside wheel holes, then you'll find them.
