TPO ROOF - RV Roofing Solutions
Hello All -
I met these guys at the Tampa RV Show last month and struck up a conversation regarding them coating my TPO roof. They assured me that their product contrary to all my research about a solution to a full TPO roof replacement will work on a TPO roof. They do have a 10 year warranty with the product. Has anyone had their TPO roof recoated by them?

I looked before I posted this, nothing specific for TPO for this product.

I've not used that product, so can't provide feedback, but am wondering about that contrary research you mentioned. There are numerous products sold for coating TPO roofs. It's common enough in the commercial roofing business and there is no need for an RV-specific product.
Here are a couple:

Henry products are excellent and relatively inexpensive.

One solution that I have discovered and am seriously considering since I will need a roof replacement soon is LineX. I had a small hole in the right rear corner of my coach from the previous owner caused from backing a trailer that needed repair. The place where I store my RV looked at it and recommended LineX instead of doing a fiberglass repair and then matching the paint. The price was about half of what a repair and paint matching would be. They showed me some other coaches they had done, and it looked very nice, so I decided to go ahead with the repair. It came out looking great. Yes, they fixed the fiberglass underneath before coating, but of course they didn’t have to finish it like they would if they were painting. They also showed me a couple of coaches that they removed the rubber roofing and applied LineX. This looks like a bullet proof fix and a near lifetime application. The cost is the same or less that replacing the roof. I have seen several coatings applied and they don’t seem to last. The one thing that they DON’T do is completely adhere to the old roof underneath, hence bubble up in a couple years. I would encourage you to look into someone that can do this type of application.

I too have seen LineX re-roof jobs and without a doubt, they DESTROY every single other type of roof, PERIOD! There's more benefits than you can shake a stick at. You couldn't damage a LineX roof if you wanted to. You could have Katrina dump right on your roof and not a drop would leak through. It's a choice thing.
