I have a 2008 Fleetwood Discovery on a Freightliner chassis, on the trail pug I can not get any 12 volts on the post wired for constant 12v. I’ve checked the chassis fuse box and no blown fuses but also doesn’t have a spot for a fuse for trailer power. Anyone have any ideas or been through this?

It more than likely isnt connected either at the plug end or battery end. For some reason Freightliner has been all over the place throughout the years on this. Remember the motorhome has to have the key on at a minimum and with some the motorhome has to be running. If you are hooking up a brake controller that is another journey
Hope this helps, my 2008 Discovery Freightliner chassis; in compartment noted there’s a box that has (Arens) on it are fuses and relays. Remove four screws and they are the real small fuse. I checked all and had two blown, have power at plug now! Hope these photos help.
Yessir...I knew about that fuse box...but I was going by just the legends and didn't have anything that mentioned power.
Stupid Richard.... I took my test light out there today with the key on and tested all the fuses installed. Sure enough, the 2nd from the top fuse (20A) that was simply labeled IGN 1 was blown. Replaced the fuse and voila, now have tow plug power...which I will need on my upcoming 1700mile trip for the toad.

Having the same problem with my 2003 Fleetwood Flair but can't find a fuse for it. The 12v term on the trailer socket has a #12 red wire on it but 0 volts with engine running or off. Should run from a relay I would imagine because of the long wire run.
I took my test light out there today with the key on and tested all the fuses installed. Sure enough, the 2nd from the top fuse (20A) that was simply labeled IGN 1 was blown. Replaced the fuse and voila, now have tow plug power...which I will need on my upcoming 1700mile trip for the toad.
