Trailer light wiring

I have a 2000 Coachmen Santara 370 MB diesel pusher. I have 2 plugs at the rear. One is a large round 6 pin plug. The other is a smaller round 4 pin plug. I am looking to buy a tow bar to tow my classic VW Bug. I will also buy a set of magnetic lights to put on the bumper of the bug. The lights come with a flat 4 pin plug. How do I make this work? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

The round 4-pin is probably identical in function to the 4-pin flat, Just differing in shape. There are 4 wires needed, i.e. Tail lights, Ground, Rt+brake and Left+brake.

Here's one of many wiring diagrams:

You can probably get an adapter from the round to flat, something like this one:

Your local auto parts store probably has one.
