Does it somehow get lowered down vertically? If so, is it done by a winch or hydraulically?

Trailer operates on hydraulics.
Truck comes off.
ATV comes off.
Lower boat.
Truck hooks up to trailer.
Launch and recover boat.
Raise boat.
ATV goes on.
Truck goes on.

Whhoooo. I'm glad you said something. I was wondering how those things stay on the trailer. Must use some hellacious straps.

A friend of mine built a similar stacker. Except with some differences. He made his upper deck two long platforms, same as a vehicle lift that you might buy for your garage. When the upper deck is down at the bottom he backs his boat and trailer onto it. Straps it on. Then raises it. Then pulls whatever car/truck onto the lower portion of the trailer. He built the trailer himself.

Finally tested towing our 20' trailer with our rig! Needed a 14" hitch extension & a 2" rise. Just towed our empty trailer around the neighborhood for practice, but proved we could do it!

Anyone towing with a Class A Fleetwood should have the trailer hitch welds inspected.
Here is what happened to mine because they didn't properly weld the hitch.
Someone on here told me about a recall but I can't find it now. My insurance Company is saying that the failure is my fault.
