Transmission oil cooler

We have a 2014 Chrysler van with a Remco transmission oil cooler and the box that mounts in the RV that monitors the system. It has started to beep off & on, sometimes staying on for several minutes or longer. I've been told that the pump is fine, the box is what needs replaced. Since Remco went out of business, where can I find a new box? Apparently, this set up isn't used on vehicles 2016 & newer so it's not carried any longer.

That is not a cooler. It is alube pump that circulates transmission fluid when you are towing. It beeps if the pul stops flowing.

Having a similar issue , with the Remco in my Van .

Do you have the Remco installation instructions ?

The pressure switch in the block ; in the van trans cooler lines ; that triggers the alarm , is an adjustable to 2 PSI , NC ( normally closed ) unit from NAPA .

Balkamp P/N ; BK 7011575 Adjustment need to be backed off 1/4 turn when installing .

Did the people who said the pump was good ; flow test it ? Or just hear it running ?

Spec from Remco is when running pump should flow a quart in 10 to 12 seconds .

Unfortunately this post was from before Remco quit the pump business.

It does not beep consistently. Sometimes a long beep, sometimes short beeps, sometimes intermittent type

Sometimes I can get the alarm to quit by cycling the pump control on/off , but it usually doesn't stay off for long .

This condition , can be a sign of either erratic pump flow or a failing pressure switch .
The pump is a diaphragm type , so pulsing is a normal part of it's operation , but if the pump is capable of delivering the specified ; quart in 10/12 seconds ; then that flow would keep the pressure switch open and stop the alarm .

The flow test is easy to perform , depending on the install in your van can be performed without being attached to the coach .

Can you post a picture or the pump location and wiring ; then I can tell you how to do the test .
