You didn't mention what service you're having done. I haven't used Transwest, we use either Cummins Coach Care on Parvin Road or Coachlight RV in Carthage Mo. We use Cummins for engine/chassis/Onan/Oasis servicing and "annuals" and Coachlight for everything else.

Have not used them, I take mine to Central Power or Cummin's on Parvin Rd, I've been very pleased with them. They are familiar with Spartan chassis and certainly know Cummin's. Used Midway Ford Truck center at first...nice people, but they didn't do well with the RV.

Front driver side slide needs adjusting, rear air leaks down and getting exhaust smell in bead room even at idle. I have had cummins do maintenance before.

I have yet to use Transwest since I elected to go back to the factory for warranty issues. If still under warranty I certainly will use them. When not under warranty I will use A to Z Mobile RV repair and that is no slam on Transwest. I have used A to Z for about 10 years and their techs are the best. It will cost ya a trip fee of about $60 but the coach stays at your place. Too much drama taking it somewhere and leaving it. They also have a complete facility for jobs that need the resources of a shop.
