We are looking to use a storage facility for 45 day periods in Phoenix, AZ during the upcoming winter.

Some offer 110V trickle charger power in the spot. Do we need this? Is it good enough to hit the battery disconnect button?

If you have access to a 110V/15A outlet just plug the coach in and let the onboard Inverter/Converter look after the batteries. If you have wet cell batteries just make sure to top them off with distilled water prior to storage.
You should not need to connect an Aux triple charger at all.

I use two battery minders on my coach. Both batteries were just changed after ten years service. They both tested just slightly weak, but I decided ten years was enough. Another thing I like about the battery minder is the fact the charge is so low it does not dry out the batteries.

IMHO if you put it in store mode the solar panel should keep the coach batteries charged. Especially in a place like Phoenix.

If you buy a "trickle" charger read the fine print very carefully. Some of those mini chargers will both maintain a charge and provide a charge to bring a battery up to full charge. On the other hand, some will ''maintain'' a full charge but will not bring a partially discharged up to full charge.
