Triple-e 1998 Empress aux heater access problem

Hopefully someone can help on this one.... a friend with a 1998 Triple-E Empress motorhome has a problem with his rear aux heater located under the floor in the bedroom. It is an engine heated radiator core type heater with fan, heated by the CAT diesel. Problem, how to get at it? there is no visible access in the bedroom, lifting the engine cover does not give access to the heater. Does anyone know or perhaps know someone who might know how to get at this thing?

Thanks, we tried Triple-E, the Class A techs are all gone, new guys don't know how to get at the heater, they thought through a panel in the wheel well, but after removing the foam insulation there, haven't found the panel.

Is the radiator panel venting under the bed?
If a dealer had a coach that old may get a answer, Google for dealer.
