Turn signals

While working on my rear/side view cameras and display I noticed something I never paid attention too before.

Even with the ignition off if I turn the right or left turn signal on they operate. I would expect this from the emergency flashers but do the turn signals also do that.

The story of the cameras and display are a whole other. Thread I have posted, but is this normal for turn signals?

Yes some do.... I've seen it before. I think my Freightliner does.

My cameras come on with the turn signal when the ignition is off. My dash is digital and it also comes on with the turn signal also with the ignition off.

My signals are active as long as chassis battery is connected. Always have to check after toddler Grandson who loves to hang out with his papa in MH when I'm putzing around. He always checks to see if there's any are in the tank for the air horns. Hello neighbors lol. My chihuahua terrier mix seems to always be able to find the two sealed beam halagon docking light switch with his paw those can draw some juice.
