Try lifting it from the bottom. It should lift up and off of its bracket.

All of our motorhome TVs have 2 “strings” hanging down behind the unit. They go to the release mechanism so it can lifted up and out.

Ours have little medallions to have something to pull on, they only move about 1/4” to make the release.
