Two Entry Door DP
I was not aware that at one time Newmar made a DP with two doors. One at the normal spot and one just ahead of the rear wheels.

It's hard to tell from your photo, but I believe that is a Newmar gasser with handicap access. They still make them. All of their DP lineup has a fire escape door at the rear of the coach.
I just looked, the Canyon Star gasser, model 3911, has the second door with handicap lift.

I have to disagree .... I believe it is a diesel from what I can see in the picture.
First there is no grill or opening in the front for a radiator like every gas I've seen.
Unless there is a rear engine gas?
Second I zoomed in on the picture and it is difficult but if you look carefully on a large screen, it does appear that there is a cut out and black steps under what appears to be a door. Though the stairs are different from the front.
It is very possible that I am wrong about everything stated above..... If so I will be forced to blame my someone else... not sure who yet.... but definitely someone else.

I was going to say a Newmar All Star 4156 Toy Hauler but since the door in your image is ahead of the rear wheel well, it is obviously not the floor plan in the image below:

Years ago I had a Fleetwood bounder with a second door in the rear bedroom. It was nice when I had a visitor sleeping in the front of the coach, I could get up and go outside in the morning without interrupting visitors slumber.

Looks like an All Star mid-diesel. Saw one at our dealer several years ago. It was weird (to me anyway) with the bedroom in the middle & a kitchen in the rear. It also had 2 sets of cockpit seats in the front. Never saw another one like it since. Guess it wasn't a big seller.

I'll go with Lori's idea. Attached below are what is called "Reverse Floorplans" from the 2009 AllStar brochure ( HERE). Some unusual floorplans but all look as if they have a rear door (second door on right side) that appears to be ahead of the rear axle ...all are 44' 9" in length, wow!

That's it! That's the one I looked at, probably 6 years ago. Obviously the mid-engine & that "reverse floorplan" didn't go over well.

I kind of like the "family seating" in the front ...this is not the plan in the OP's opening post, however, I think that one is either a 4480, 4483, or 4484:

"theroc"......You're the winner. I guessed Newmar, but missed the no front grill.
I saw three models of the mid engine Newmar several years ago, pretty cool how they opened up in the back, but apparently had overheating issues and disappeared from the line up.

Had one next to us while snowbirbin one winter. We played poker lots in the fwd sitting area while the gals were in the kitchen/saloon.
Great use of space. Con is access to mid engine thru floor hatch.

The Spartan mid-engine chassis has overheating issues, thus the short production time. I really like the design, with one exception, about 1/2 the ordinary basement storage as rear-engine chassis.
The model for hauling motorcycles in the garage is really neat IMO. You don't need a towed vehicle. https://newmar.imgix.net/wp-content/...mid-diesel.pdf
