Under Sink Water Filter

I need to replace my filter.

According to the internet, my particular filter is discontinued.
3M Model A USF-A

Any suggestions as to whether I should replace it with another RV filter system, or maybe go to a household brand like Culligan?

If I were to go with a Culligan filter, would the plastic piping be the same diameter?

I would try calling Culligan and give them info on your existing filter, they should be able to cross reference.

I have several left over from my old coach if you’re interested. PM me and I can send them to you for the shipping cost.

...oh, and for reference the 3M C-LC Aqua-pure cartridge is a replacement for the model A filter.

Seems like most undersink filters have done away with screw on bowl and filter has in and out from dual top connector/s.

I would replace it with a carbon-block type filter that will remove particles down to 1/2 micron and is NSF53 rated for removal of lead and asbestos! I would pipe it to a separate faucet on the sink to be used only for the water you consume.
