I have somthing like that on each of my TV's. I allows me to to have my satellite receiver in a cabinet above my driver seat and control it with the remote from the remote location. Mine is done through a Pace reciever box in that same cabinet.

It is a spy microphone! The CIA is listening to everything that happens in your bedroom!

Do you have a DVD player in a drawer / cabinet below the TV?

No, there is a cable that goes forward somewhere, there is also a Attena on the roof ,it’s separate from the radio in the bedroom

X4…. It looks like an infrared repeater pickup for a remote control to signal something inside a cabinet or in the front our your coach.
Maybe it used to go to a VCR or DVD player.
Or to a stereo somewhere in the coach.
