Upholstery issues
My new used DP has a couch and recliner and both have the vinyl finish. The couch has the arm rest and they are peeling. The cushions are fine. My recliner has the head rest splitting. As if the heat from long storage in Florida made the vinyl brittle. Anyone have this issue and can I get a slip cover for just the armrest for the couch that slides over and covers everything?

I have similar problems in my MH and I've been looking at Wayfair at there slip covers. They may have what your looking for.
