i had an older room topper that was beginning to deteriorate, losing the plastic cover, showing bare threads. i wasnt going to be home for a couple of months, so, i extended the room, and sprayed the fabric with black flex seal. i gave it a good two coatings, and after a year, it still looks good. cant tell it from the old one, except a little rougher finish.
i have a new fabric, im just waiting for this one to fail.
there are some owners who are using bedliner for total roof coating, and that looks great. i dont know much about it.
there are a lot of products like eternabond, but none quite as good.
