I looked at a few 2008 signatures, your price seems good. I don't know your coach (options, maintenance records, etc) so cannot comment for sure....

Have fun in your new-to-you coach.

I know the coach was taking care of really good but he didn't keep log paper work , how important is that for pricing of the coach

What most people fail to understand that replacing wear items during maintenance, oil, filters, brakes, tires, shocks or other parts due to break down and repair does not necessarily ad any value to the motor home. Case in point, I just had a transmission replaced $3800.00 does this mean my coach is worth 3800.00 more...Don't I wish...

210 CDN? If so that's about dealer retail.

Not a deal, but you didn't get robbed either.

Pauldeere: I couldn't agree more. I've seen this many times.

My other favorite, MH's that have been listed for sale for 2 or 3 years + but the price stays the same, cause depreciation doesn't apply to their rig....ugh.

Paul, no it doesn't mean it's worth more, but it may be more desirable to the buyer with a new transmission, if there is proof that it was indeed replaced!

I'm not automatically doubting any seller's word, but I've been told things before that have ended up being, let's say, exaggerations. Or in the seller's mind, it was "just replaced", but a work order shows 5 years and 50k miles ago!

A work order/receipt showing replacement of transmission with a list of part numbers and pricing means a whale of a lot more to me than someone saying "the transmission was replaced". . .

We're up to 38 RV's in the used price list spread sheet. So far we're coming in at just over 80% of asking price for the final selling price.

The data from the latest posts have been added.
The link goes to my Google drive. I've shared a spreadsheet that has the information from this thread as best as I could enter it.
